Elizabeth (Beth) Biehn is a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker, graduating from Northern Arizona University with her degree in social work. She is a Professional Geriatric Care Manager based on the stringent requirements of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) . Beth is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers, holding a special certification from NASW as a Certified Social Work Case Manager.
Beth also is a volunteer committee member of the Alzheimer's / Dementia Connection of Havasu and facilitates a support group for those who are newly diagnosed with Alzheimer's or Dementia. She is active in outreach education regarding dementia and the accompanying caregiver stress.
Beth has many years of experience in assisting seniors and their families in making informed decisions about their futures. In her work with hospice patients she saw firsthand the needs of elderly clients and is able to be of assistance in obtaining the services they need. With an extensive knowledge of resources in the community Beth is able to match appropriate services to the client.

Sylvia Ciangura is a Registered Nurse, a certified trainer for assisted living personnel and was a certified Hospice nurse. Her choice of careers was based on her vision that all seniors deserve the best care and one person can make a difference. She also feels seniors should be able to age in place.
Her work history for the past 20 years has been in geriatrics. She worked as the director of nurses in a skilled nursing facility, a home health nurse and supervisor, a hospital case manager, a hospice nurse and as the owner/operator of an assisted living facility.
Sylvia's varied experiences have given her skills to assess client needs, organize appropriate resources, give medication assistance, and working with clients and their families/representatives to achieve safe, and quality outcomes Presently she is a member/manager of Nurse Consulting Services, LLC, and she belongs to the Mohave Adult Care Association, (MACA).

Nancy Iannone is a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker, graduating with her BSW from Wartburg College, Waverly, Iowa. In 2004, she received her Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University, Denver, CO.
Nancy has worked with older adults extensively, including over 20 years providing and directing hospice care services in the Colorado River area. CarePath Senior Solutions LLC, offers Nancy the opportunity to assist clients and families who struggle with care solutions that maintain dignity and choice.
Nancy is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, NASW Arizona and the Arizona Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Helping to create a strong and vibrant community is one of Nancy's passions. She currently serves on the school board of the Lake Havasu Unified School District and the Havasu Foundation for Higher Education, Havasu for Youth and Lake Havasu Chamber of Commerce boards of directors. |
